Who operates this diagnostic

The DO capability diagnostic is operated by [OPERATOR NAME], who is responsible for deciding why and how the personal data collected here is used. Privacy and grievance contact: sid@sidbahri.com.

What we collect

Your name; your email; the text you enter in response to three scenarios; your capability score and feedback; and limited technical and consent records needed to operate and secure the diagnostic. Please do not include another person's name, contact details, confidential information or unnecessary personal details in your answers.

Why we use it

Only to identify your submission, evaluate your responses, calculate your score, generate your feedback, deliver your result, secure the diagnostic, and respond to privacy requests. We will not use your identifiable responses for advertising, marketing, behavioural profiling, testimonials, research or AI-model training without a separate notice and any consent the law requires.

Hosting and service providers

The primary assessment database is configured in the [MUMBAI/DELHI] Cloud Firestore region in India. Google Firebase processes personal data on our behalf to host, secure and operate the diagnostic. Certain service, support, security or technical processing by Google Firebase or its subprocessors may occur outside India in accordance with the applicable service terms and Indian law. We do not sell your personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own independent purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain identifiable assessment records for [12] months from submission and then erase them, unless earlier erasure is required or longer retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent; request access, correction or erasure; and raise a grievance, by emailing sid@sidbahri.com with the subject "Privacy Request." Withdrawal does not make prior processing unlawful and may prevent us from completing or retaining your result. We respond to grievances within [30] days; after that you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

What will be collected after consent is verified

The participant's name; email; written responses to three scenarios; the resulting score and feedback; and limited technical and consent records. Used only to identify the submission, evaluate responses, calculate a score, generate feedback, deliver the result, secure the diagnostic, and answer privacy requests. Not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, testimonials, unrelated research or AI-model training without a separate notice and any consent the law requires.

Verification of the parent or guardian

Before consent is accepted, the parent or guardian's status as an identifiable adult is verified through an authorised method. Only the verification result, method, reference and date are kept. No copy of an identity document or full identity number is retained unless the law requires it.

Hosting, retention, rights
