Programme details, dates and prices are as published on the site at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout at the applicable rate.
We may change prices, dates or programme content at any time. Changes do not affect a booking already paid for, except as set out in the Refunds and Cancellations policy.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and we send you a confirmation email. Until then, a place is not reserved. Places in a cohort are limited and allocated in order of confirmed payment.
Payments are processed by PayU Payments Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
Your obligations
You must give accurate registration details. Joining links and materials are issued to you personally and may not be shared, forwarded, resold or used by anyone else. We may remove a participant from a session, without refund, for sharing access, for disruptive conduct, or for conduct that makes the session unworkable for others.
Intellectual property
All programme materials, frameworks, assessment instruments, workbooks, slides and recordings are the intellectual property of Siddartha Bahri. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use them to deliver training to others, whether for payment or not, without written permission.
This includes the DO capability frameworks, the diagnostic instruments and their rubrics, and all programme scenarios and case material.
Diagnostic assessments
Diagnostic results are indicative. They are a structured assessment of written responses against a published rubric, produced with the assistance of automated scoring. They are not a psychometric instrument, a professional qualification, or a certification. They should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion or any other employment decision.
No guarantee of outcome
Our programmes are educational. We do not guarantee any particular result, including employment, promotion, business outcome or examination result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver a programme because of events outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, civil disturbance, government restriction, or failure of telecommunications or power infrastructure. Where this happens, we will reschedule or refund as set out in the Refunds and Cancellations policy.
Third-party services
Delivery relies on third-party services including video conferencing and payment processing. We are not responsible for their availability or performance, though we will reschedule a session that cannot proceed because of such a failure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
