What you're buying.
Four live sessions, one a week, over four weeks. Delivered live by a facilitator, not recorded and shelved.
Each session runs on the same day each week — Land on Mondays, Frame on Tuesdays, and so on — so you can hold one slot and keep it.
Small cohorts. You practise in front of the room and get scored against the rubric, which is the part that doesn't work at scale.

Everything you know stays stuck in your head until it reaches the other person. Land is getting it across clearly, the point first, the real question answered, the specifics that make it stick.
Monday
People can't hold a message that has no shape. Frame is the structure you give them, the conclusion up front, the few points that matter, a clear ask at the end.
Tuesday
Most people aren't listening, they're waiting to talk, already loading their reply while you're mid-sentence. Read is the opposite: taking in what's actually said, holding your response, checking you understood before you argue back.
Wednesday
The same words won't work on everyone. What convinces a peer falls flat on a boss, what lands with an expert loses a beginner. Tune is fitting the message to who's actually in front of you.
Thursday
Agreement is easy. Getting someone to act is the hard part, their problem first, the catch shown honestly, the objection handled, a clear ask at the end.
Friday
The sharp question comes and the rehearsed answer is gone. Hold is staying steady in that moment, taking the pause, admitting the gap without losing the room.
Saturday
People drift when there's no reason to stay. Pull is what keeps them with you, tension, contrast, one thing leading to the next until they want to see where it ends.
Sunday
